Share with us who would you like to receive a Christmas present from us and why. It could be your mom, dad, brother, best friend, grandmother, or even yourself!

Mechanics:

1. Find the Christmas Giveaway post on Summit Hotels and Resorts’ page and click the link found in the caption. This will redirect you to the Letter to Summit Christmas Giveaway website form.
2. All you have to do is fill out the form (https://bit.ly/SHRLettersToSummitGiveawayForm), and your entry shall follow these criteria for more chances of winning:

• Full Name 
• E-mail Address 
• Contact Number 
• Address 
• A message stating why you would like this person to receive the prize
• A photo that would best accompany your entry

Criteria:

• Relevance of the message (45%) – Your message or text entry should be relevant and answering the question “Who would you like to receive a Christmas present from us and why?”
• Relevance of the photo (45%) – The photo that will accompany the entry should complement the message and is relevant to the theme as well.
• Creativity (10%) – Give your entry more personality whether it’s in your writing style or the photo you will submit.

4. Participants may have multiple entries, but can only win once. 

5. There will be a total of 6 winners of the Summit Holiday Campaign. Below are the corresponding prizes for each, in no particular order: 

• Prize 1: Muji Portable Aroma Diffuser
• Prize 2: Hydro Flask Wine Insulated Stainless Bottle
• Prize 3: Instax Mini 25
• Prize 4: Estee Lauder Skincare Bundle
• Prize 5: NESCAFE Dolce Gusto Oblo Coffee Machine
• Prize 6: BackJoy S Angel Traction

All prizes are transferrable, free of tax, and not convertible to cash. VAT will be shouldered by Summit Hotels and Resorts. 

6. The promo will run from December 8 until December 13, 2020, at 11:59 pm. 

7. The entries will be screened by the Summit Hotels and Resorts Management, and the selection of winners will be on December 18, 2020, at 10:30, am via Microsoft Teams.

8. Winners will be notified via the registered mail. Winners will also get an e-mail and SMS from Summit Hotels and Resorts regarding the giveaway.

9. Winners will be announced by December 21, 2020, on the official Facebook and Instagram page of Summit Hotels and Resorts. 

10. Redemption Period is 60 days upon receipt of the message sent by Summit Hotels and Resorts via e-mail address, contact number, and registered mail. 

11. Winners shall be responsible for claiming their prizes at Robinsons Hotels and Resorts Head Office at Ortigas Center, Pasig City, or in the nearest Summit Hotels and Resorts property for provincial winners. If the winner can’t claim the prize personally, he/she may authorize someone to claim on his/her behalf.

Requirements in claiming the prize: 

* If the winner would be the one claiming: Kindly bring 1 valid ID, ad a printed copy of the e-mail notification sent by Summit Hotels and Resorts. 

* If you are authorizing another person to claim: Kindly bring the Authorization Letter written by the winner, 1 valid ID of the authorized person, a copy of one valid ID of the winner, and a printed copy of the e-mail notification sent by Summit Hotels and Resorts. 

12. JG Summit’s employees and immediate families within the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are ineligible to join the contest.
