We have over 80 channels in guest rooms. Among the channels available, although may be subject to change are: CNN, BBC World, ESPN, HBO, Star World, Fox, Lifestyle Network, National Geographic, Discovery Channel, Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Animal Planet.
All room types can be booked with or without breakfast.
Yes, rooms come with premium toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner and dental kit. Should you require more toiletries, you may call housekeeping to request for more.
Hairdryers are available in every guest room. Vanity mirrors are available, as well.
There is currently no tour desk available in house, but we will be able to make recommendations according to your needs.
The hotel can accommodate late check-out requests but is subject to availability.
Reselling of rooms is strictly not allowed and will not be honored.
Summit Hotels and Resorts does not allow any change in the name of the guest that is reflected in the reservation. The reservation can only be used by the guest whose name is indicated on the Reservation Form.
All Summit Hotels and Resorts properties are non-smoking and non-vaping hotel. There are designated smoking areas where hotel guests can smoke.

The rates charged are per room, per night. Rates are inclusive of taxes and payable in Philippine Peso.
Room rates are inclusive of breakfast except for the NO FRILLS RATE.

We have function rooms that are available for rent depending on use and capacity. Other services such as catering and equipment are also available.
Yes, housekeeping services are available 24 hours daily. Switch on the “Makeup Room” on the door should you want to have your room cleaned.
Yes, you are allowed to entertain guests inside the room up to 10:00 PM. However, holding group parties are discouraged as this will create noise and disturb the other guests.
Yes, baby cribs are available on request. They are available free of charge.

Booking

Only one name is required per room. The person whose name appears in the booking confirmation must be the same person checking-in. Passport (for foreign guests), and any valid ID for local guests, both of which should correspond to the document used when booking, should be presented upon check-in.
You can book for five (5) rooms at a time. If you wish to book more than five (5) rooms, you will be required to log in again to book for your 6th room.
A Confirmation Number or an Electronic Receipt will be provided after every successful booking. A copy of your booking reference will be sent to your nominated email address.
You need to book for at least one (1) night.
Changes in booking details such as but not limited to change in date, number of rooms, number of nights, add-ons are allowed provided that applicable charges are paid, and subject to the following regulations: Changes must be made 72 hours before 2:00 PM of your scheduled check-in date. Otherwise, rules on cancellation of booking will apply. The hotel and/or the Customer Service Team must be informed of all the changes you wish to make.
Yes, you can. Just key in the Guest Name(s) (First Name and Last Name/Surname) when making bookings and reservations. Passport number for foreign guests, and any valid ID for Filipinos locals, is required.
Yes, you can cancel your booking provided that you pay a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of your total charges and that you have followed the regulations below: Cancellation must be made 72 hours before 2:00 PM of your scheduled check-in date. The hotel must be informed of the cancellation through (053) 832-9949 / 0998-840-7356. If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before 2:00 PM of your check-in date, total payment shall be deemed forfeited IN FAVOR OF THE HOTEL. Bookings at rates other than the standard rates are non-cancellable. Note: The amount you paid will be refunded in full less the cancellation fee.
