Terms and Conditions:
1. Rates are subject to 12% VAT nad 5% service charge.
2. Rooms are subject to availability.
3. Valid for walk-in and direct-call reservations. Not valid for third party, group, or corporate reservations.
4. Minimum of one (1) room is required to avail of the discount with a maximum of eight (8) rooms per card/per stay.
5. The guest must present and use BPI Credit, Debit, or Prepaid upon check-in with approved transaction.
6. Standard check-in time is at 2:00pm while check-out time is at 12:00nn. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to room availability and
appropriate charges. To guarantee a room's availability for early check-in, it is recommended to book your stay for the previous night.
7. Request for extension of stay must be amde at the Front Desk at least 24hrs prior your check-out date, subject to room availability and payment of applicable cahrges.
8.All changes in booking, such as but not limited to: change in name, date, no. of nights, type, and no. of rooms, and add-ons shall be allowed only until 2:00pm of check-in
date, free of charge. The concerned Hotel must be informed of all changes that you wish to make through the Front Desk or through customer service at (+632) 839 70111 and
(+63) 998 888 7788.
9. Cancellation of booking made more than 24 hours prior to the check-in date or guest is a no-show, the first night shall be charged to the guest.
10. Room reservations for bookings made online which have not been pre paid before check-in shall be held only until 6:00pm of the check-in date. If the guests arrives beyond
6:00pm, the hotel shall not be liable if no rooms are available, and the guest cannot be accommodated. Reinstatement of cancelled booking after cut off is subject to room availability
and hotel confirmation.
