Indulge in a worry-free stay as the hotel strictly implements its Circle of Clean protocols to ensure the safety of all guests and employees. The operations of our hotels are regulated by the Department of Tourism's Health and Safety Guidelines Governing the Operations of Accommodation Establishments Under the New Normal, Department of Health (DOH), Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) Omnibus Guidelines, and the respective Local Government Unit (LGU) governing the areas where our hotels are present. For your convenience, kindly check the requirements for essential and non-essential travelers below.
For our hotels accommodating balikbayans and essential travelers:
As required by the Local Government Unit, guests are required to comply with in-house health and safety measures, and to present travel documents upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse guest entry and accommodation if the purpose of travel is for leisure or considered non-essential.
Travel documents to be presented upon check-in include but not limited to:
1. Health Declaration Form
2. Travel Pass
3. Certificate of Employment
4. Others - as required by LGUs - example: health certificate, letter of acceptance
As per Department of Tourism Memorandum Circular No. 2020-002:
*Returning residents under quarantine and guests waiting for their RT-PCR test results are required to avail packages with full board meals.
For our hotels accommodating work-related travel or leisure travelers:
When traveling to your preferred destination, please verify the updated travel requirements with the local government unit prior to your arrival. Requirements from each city may vary. Kindly present the following documents upon check-in:

Negative Antigen Test (Subject to LGU's requirement)

All guests are required to fill out the hotel’s health declaration and waiver forms upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made for more than 24-hours prior to check-in will not be penalized; otherwise, the booking will be forfeited as a no-show.
