In light of the ongoing community quarantine across the country, the following properties of Robinsons Hotels & Resorts are operating under limited capacity to accommodate employees from neighboring business establishments that provide basic necessities and services, Overseas Filipino Workers, Foreign Guests, Health Workers, Long Staying Guests, and Stranded Passengers:

Note: Select hotels are not operational for leisure bookings, only for essential travel. Essential travel may include medical reasons, traveling for humanitarian aid work including, but not limited to, healthcare workers, police force, military personnel, and logistics drivers directly involved in COVID-19 response efforts.

Multiple-Use Hotels – Accommodation Establishments that have been inspected by a team composed of personnel from DOT and BOQ and determined to be suitable for the accommodation of both Quarantine and non-Quarantine Guests by reason of compliance with standards for physical separation of guests.

Quarantine Hotels - Accommodation Establishments that have been inspected by the BOQ and determined to be suitable for Quarantine of guests who may have been exposed to COVID-19. These are establishments included in the list of Facilities Suitable Only for Mandatory Quarantine and Facilities Suitable for Stringent Quarantine published by the DOH or BOQ, provided these establishments do not accommodate COVID-19 positive guests.

Regular Hotels – refers to Accommodation Establishments that are neither Isolation Facilities, Quarantine Hotels, nor Multiple-Use Hotels, and may accommodate leisure guests under GCQ and MGCQ. For purposes of these Guidelines, hotels that have been issued a Certificate of Authority to Operate for Staycation (CAOS) shall also be considered Regular Hotels.
