  • Ensures Guest satisfaction through the delivery of Hotel Service standard and supervises the entire operations of the hotel in the absence of the department heads and operations manager.

    Job Description:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/ College Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or Equivalent.
  • At least 4 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably with a Front Office Background and Experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Duty Manager specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent
  • Must have above average communication skills;
  • Knowledgeable with front office procedures.
