Can I make a booking on behalf of another person?
Yes, you can. Just key in the Guest Name(s) (First Name and Last Name/Surname) when making bookings and reservations. Passport number for foreign guests, and any valid ID for Filipinos locals, is required.
Can I use my credit card to pay for another person’s booking and vice versa
Yes, you can.
How do I check if I have successfully made a booking?
A Confirmation Number or an Electronic Receipt will be provided after every successful booking. A copy of your booking reference will be sent to your nominated email address or you may log on to www.summitridgehotel.com to view your bookings accordingly.
Can I make changes in my booking?
- Changes in booking details such as but not limited to change in date, number of rooms, number of nights, add-ons are allowed provided that applicable charges are paid, and subject to the following regulations:
- Changes must be made 72 hours before 2:00PM of your scheduled check-in date. Otherwise, rules on cancellation of booking will apply.
- Summit Galleria Cebu’s Customer Care must be informed of all changes you wish to make through +63 2 398-8788. The change shall be confirmed only when all charges are paid.
If I am making a booking for two or more people, do i need to provide all guest names?
Only one name is required per room. The person whose name appears in the booking confirmation must be the same person checking-in. Passport (for foreign guests), and any valid ID for local guests, both of which should correspond to the document used when booking, should be presented upon check-in.
Do I need to print out my booking confirmation?
We advise you to print out your Electronic Receipt for a smooth check in at the reception area. Otherwise, just present a valid identification and confirm your booking details at the front desk.
What is the minimum number of nights I must book?
You need to book for at least one (1) night.
How many rooms can I book at a time?
You can book for five (5) rooms at a time. If you wish to book more than five (5) rooms, you will be required to log in again to book for your 6th room.
What if I want to book more than 20 rooms?
Booking for more than 20 rooms are considered as corporate bookings. Please log on to www.summitridgehotel.com and click on corporate bookings. You may also call our sales and reservations desk at +63 2 398-8788 local 32150.
Can I transfer my booking to another person?
Summit Galleria Cebu does not allow any change in the name of the guest that is reflected in the reservation. The reservation can only be used by the guest whose name is indicated on the Reservation Form.
Can I cancel my bookings?
Yes, you can cancel your booking provided that you pay a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of your total charges and that you have followed the regulations below:
- Cancellation must be made 72 hours before 2:00PM of your scheduled check-in date. Summit Galleria Cebu’s Customer Care must be informed of the cancellation through +63 2 398-8788. If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before 2:00PM of your check-in date, total payment shall be deemed forfeited IN FAVOR OF SUMMIT GALLERIA CEBU. Bookings at rates other than the standard rates are non-cancellable. Note: The amount you paid will be refunded in full less the cancellation fee.
Does the Internet rate include breakfast?
All room types can be booked with or without breakfast (no frills rate).
Can we resell our rooms to others?
Reselling of rooms is strictly not allowed and will not be honored.
Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
The rates charged are per room, per night. Rates are exclusive of taxes and payable in Philippine Peso.
Are prices of breakfast meals include in the rate?
Room rates are inclusive of breakfast except for the NO FRILLS RATE.
In what currency do I need to pay for my stay at the hotel?
All payments must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion and its fluctuations will be up to your credit card provider.
Does my room reservation require any guarantee?
All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.
Do you offer discounts for group booking?

Can I change my room type upon check-in?
Yes, you can, but requests are subject to room availability, applicable charges and rate difference at the time of check-in.
What are the standard check-in and checkout times of the hotel?
The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00NN.
Is it possible to check-in earlier?
It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. To be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before
Do you allow late checkout?
The hotel can accommodate late check-out requests but is subject to availability.
Do you have shampoo and soap in the room?
Yes, rooms come with toiletry items including soap, shampoo, conditioner and dental kit. Should you require more toiletries, you may call housekeeping to request for more. For other vacation essentials, you can go to Robinsons Supermarket located right beside the hotel.
Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?
Hairdryers are available in every guest room.
Is there an iron and ironing board available to guests?
Yes, iron and ironing board are available upon request.
Are housekeeping services available?
Yes, housekeeping services are available 24 hours daily. Just hang the “Make Up Room” sign on the door should you want to have your room cleaned.
Is there a closet in the room?
Yes, there is a closet available to store your personal belongings.
Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel?
Personal safes are also available in each guestroom for storing your valuables.
What television channels are available in the rooms?
We have 70 channels in guest rooms. Among the channels available, although may be subject to change are: CNN, BBC World, Channel News Asia, ESPN, HBO, Star Movies, Fox, Lifestyle Network, National Geographic, Discovery Channel, Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Animal Planet.
Are guests allowed in the hotel room?
Yes, you are allowed to entertain guests inside the room up to 10:00PM. However you cannot hold group parties as this will create noise and disturb the other guests.
Are baby cribs available in the rooms?
Yes, baby cribs are available on request. They are available free of charge.
Can children stay unaccompanied in the hotel?
No, children below eighteen (18) years should be accompanied by an adult while staying in the Hotel.
Can I smoke inside the rooms?
Summit Galleria Cebu is a non-smoking hotel. Guests are encouraged to smoke in the balcony area of the guestrooms.
Is there a swimming pool in the hotel?
There is one indoor swimming pool, located on the 3rd Floor. Open 8am to 8pm. Children may only use pool under parental supervision.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Summit Galleria Cebu has a strict ‘No Pets’ policy, with exceptions on a case-to-case basis for guests with special needs who require service dogs such as seeing eye dogs, alert dogs for the deaf, and companion dogs for the disabled.
Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?
There is currently no tour desk available in house, but we will be able to make recommendations according to your needs.
Can I buy gift certificates from the hotel?
Yes. Gift certificates for all type of rooms are available at prevailing seasonal rates. You may call the hotel hotline at +63 2 398-8788 local 32150 to arrange a purchase.
What if I lose my towel?
Should you be unable to return the towel or any item inside the room, or wish to keep it as a souvenir, you will be charged of a certain amount.
Can I leave my luggage at the front desk?
Yes, you can without additional fee.
Can I access the Internet in my room?
Yes, the hotel has free Wi-Fi access in all rooms and all areas within the hotel.
Are meeting rooms available for rent at the hotel?
We have function rooms which are available for rent depending on use and capacity. Other services such as catering and equipment are also available.
